Infusion Brands International, Inc. (OTCQB:INBI)

Infusion Brands International Inc., formerly OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. The Company has three segments: Consumer Products Segment, Fashion Goods Segment and e-commerce Segment. The Consumers Products Segment identifies products to market to customers through direct channels, such as television infomercials, live shopping networks and e-commerce channels. The Fashion Goods segment sources and distributes designer fashion goods and accessories on a discounted basis to both the Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) retail channels of distribution. The e-commerce segment is engaged in retail and wholesale distribution of specific products and types or categories of products that do not fit into Consumer Products or Fashion Goods Segment. There is currently no clear signals on INBI, so we do not recommend taking a position in here yet. The shares outstanding is 181M, which is well above average for a stock trading in the pennies.

Mistral Ventures, Inc. (OTC:MILV)

Nature’s Bioceuticals develops and acquires the rights to natural medicine formulas that are geared towards treating specific medical conditions. These medicines are all natural and derived from botanicals and mineral bases. Nature?s Bioceuticals strives to provide high quality natural medicines that are as effective, if not more effective, than synthetic drugs and more importantly do not have the negative side effects usually associated with many of today’s prescribed drugs.(Source:otcmarkets.com)

MILV came down off of RSI negative divergence on a 1 hour chart. Although, it has recently printed RSI positive divergence back. MILV should retest an old support(Red line). The A/S for MILV is 1B and the O/S is 302M, so this is a high risk stock since they can dilute a great amount of shares when ever they choose to.

Attitude Drinks Incorporated (OTCQB:ATTD)

Attitude Drinks Incorporated (Attitude) is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on the non-alcoholic single serving beverage business, developing and marketing of milk based products in two segments: sports recovery and functional dairy.(www.reuters.com)

ATTD is printing buy signals on the daily chart and may have found a new bottom. ATTD is currently a buy, although if it breaks it’s support(Red line) we recommend exiting as it is more likely to fall more if it does.
